When you shop at Cool3D.dk, you accept the following terms and conditions.
2. Order
When you place an order at Cool3D.dk, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
A binding agreement is entered into when you receive the order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of sold-out items, errors in stock status, technical errors, or obvious pricing errors.
3. Products and 3D printing
Many of our products are 3D printed, and therefore there may be slight variations in:

surface and finish
-
color tone
-
small visible layer lines
This is normal for 3D printing and is not considered a defect or flaw.
4. Prices
All prices on Cool3D.dk are stated in DKK and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:

pricing errors

printing errors
-
sold-out items
-
changes in VAT and tax levels
5. Payment
We offer payment via the payment methods shown at checkout (f.eks. debit card, MobilePay m.m.).
The amount will only be debited when the order is shipped, unless otherwise stated at the time of payment.

We deliver to Denmark (and possibly other countries, if this is stated at checkout).
Delivery time: Typically 1–5 business days (may vary during busy periods or for special production).
The delivery method and price are shown at checkout.
If delays occur, we will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at Cool3D.dk.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the item.
How to cancel
You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase before the deadline expires.

You must return the item no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any loss of value if the item has been handled in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and function of the item.
8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (custom-made items)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:

custom-made according to your wishes (e.g., f.eks., customized design, special dimensions, personal orders)
If a product is custom-made, this will be stated on the product/order.
9. Right of complaint
You have a 24-month right to complain in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act.
If your item has a defect or fault, you must contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable time.
If your complaint is approved, you can get:

a refund

a price reduction
Depending on the situation.
10. Returns in case of complaints
If the complaint is approved, we will cover reasonable shipping costs for the return.
You must always contact us before returning an item.

We only disclose information to necessary partners (e.g., f.eks., shipping companies, and payment providers).

Cool3D.dk cannot be held liable for indirect losses, operating losses, or consequential damages, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions. The version applicable at the time of purchase is the one that applies to the order.
