• A snapshot from your phone is more than good enough – there's no need for a professional photographer to end up with a lovely puzzle.
• Pictures work best when the face is fully in frame and the shot is taken head-on.
• Seeing a blurry preview? That usually means the file is low resolution – just upload a sharper version. We print your photo exactly as it is and don't retouch or enhance it.
• You can zoom and reposition your photo so it fills the whole puzzle. Any area the image doesn't reach stays blank and unprinted.
