By shopping at Cool3D.dk, you accept the terms and conditions below.

2. Orders

When you place an order on Cool3D.dk, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
A binding agreement is concluded once you have received the order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of out-of-stock items, inventory errors, technical errors, or obvious pricing errors.

3. Products and 3D Printing

Many of our products are 3D-printed, and small variations may occur in:

• surface and finish
• color tone
• minor visible layer lines

This is normal for 3D printing and is not considered a defect.

4. Prices

All prices on Cool3D.dk are stated in DKK and are generally inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right for:

• pricing errors
• typographical errors
• out-of-stock items
• changes in VAT and duties

5. Payment

We offer payment via the methods shown at checkout (e.g., payment cards, MobilePay, etc.).

The amount is only charged when the order is shipped, unless otherwise stated during payment.

6. Delivery

We deliver to Denmark (and possibly other countries if shown at checkout).

Delivery time in Denmark: typically 1–2 business days (may vary for custom production).
Delivery time for the rest of the world: typically 3–5 business days.
Shipping method and cost are shown at checkout.

If delays occur, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible.

7. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at Cool3D.dk.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the item.

How to Withdraw

You must notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase before the deadline expires.

Returns

You must return the item no later than 14 days after notifying us that you wish to withdraw.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are liable for any diminished value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and function.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Custom-Made Items)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are:

• custom-made to your specifications (e.g., name, customized design, special dimensions, personal orders)

If an item is custom-made, this will be stated on the product/order.

9. Right to Complain (Warranty Claims)

You have a 24-month right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

If your item has a defect, you must contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable time.

If a complaint is approved, you may receive:

• repair
• replacement
• refund
• price reduction

Depending on the specific situation.

10. Returns in Case of Approved Complaints

If a complaint is approved, we cover reasonable return shipping costs.

You must always contact us before returning an item.

When you shop with us, we process your personal data in order to complete your order, deliver your item, and provide customer service.

We only share data with necessary partners (e.g., shipping carriers and payment providers).

The version in effect at the time of purchase is the version that applies to the order.
