How it works
Fill in the details below and we make your plaque to order:
- The baby's name in raised, painted letters following the curve of the moon.
- A cloud tag for each detail: date of birth, time, weight and length.
- Finished with a protective lacquer for extra durability.
- Double-sided mounting tape included – ready to hang, no drilling.

Boys' names are made in green, girls' names in pink. Would you like a different colour? Just let us know in the note or contact us.
