Why 20 capsules is the right number

A box of NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto typically contains 16 capsules. Two daily users go through one box in 8 days. The 20-capsule holder gives you:

• Room for 1 box plus 4 capsules of a second variety
• Or 2 favorite varieties (8+12) for variety
• Or stocking up before holidays/visitors

Bigger holders (40+ capsules) take up too much counter space for most kitchens. Smaller ones (10-12) need refilling every few days.

How the rotating base works

The base contains a smooth integrated bearing — no ball bearings to wear out or rust. The top section spins freely with one-finger pressure but stays in place when you're not touching it (no accidental spinning).

The whole assembly comes pre-assembled. Just unbox and place on counter.

If they're branded "Dolce Gusto" or "Compatible with NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto", yes. Dolce Gusto uses a unique flat-top capsule shape — not the same as Nespresso (cone-shaped) or L'OR Espresso (taller).

Does the holder come assembled?
Yes. Just unbox and place on your counter.

Is it stable when empty?
Yes. The base is heavier than the top section, so it won't tip over even when empty.

Can it be wiped clean?
Yes — wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or acetone, which damage PLA. Don't put it in the dishwasher.

How many colors are available?
Currently sold in our standard color. Custom colors available on request — contact us before ordering.

Will it work with refillable Dolce Gusto capsules?
Yes — refillable capsules use the same dimensions as standard pods.

What if I have more than 20 capsules?
Buy two holders or use a separate box for backup capsules in the cupboard. Top up the holder daily/weekly.
